Aleks is a talented designer and team player delivering high quality work on time. I hired Aleks initially as a contractor to augment the design team, focusing on UX/UI design. He quickly proved his value and became a key contributor. As the team grew we hired him full-time. Aleks played an important role in designing the highly regarded Truvalue Platform, which consisted of numerous complex features and major releases over the years. He tackled the challenge of coming up with a universal design system for the Platform, which ensured consistency and significantly improved the design team's efficiency. He worked seamlessly with Product, Engineer and QA on end-to-end features. In some cases he would be given design tasks with very short turn around times and he never failed to deliver above expectation.
