  At Laugh Industry, I was charged with the responsibility of setting up and managing a workflow for taping the Churchill Show which was mostly recorded at Carnivore's Simba Saloon. When the show was later taken on the road, an initiative to bring the event to all counties Kenya, my job was to ensure we adhered to the same standards.   I started out as a Teaching Assistant for first semester students in the areas of Camera Operation and Editing. This is a way of connecting my seniors and my network of industry players with my juniors (students), my own way of giving back while at the same time having a 360 degree view of the field.   I have managed Live-to-Air productions for the National 7's Circuit, Safaricom Safari 7's, Kenya Cup and Africa Womens' Volleyball Championships for two separate Zuku subcontractors on a weekly basis in the course of the season. During the labour intensive Rugby 7's season, I have also served as Director, NewTek 3Play Operator, Camera Operator, Sound Mixer and Data Manager.
