I worked with Allison @ Ambrx Human Resources for twenty months. She always projected professionalism coupled with a smile. I directly supported her team regarding employment candidate screening and hiring in processes. Allison always projected a calm and welcoming spirit during these events. I also worked with her regarding monthly employee events/recognition ceremonies. Her organizational skills and attention to detail led to attendees really feeling "recognized". She seamlessly interfaced with support, administrative and research groups. Allison has the temperament and patience to provide superior Human Resources or administrative services to her next employer.

Allison experienced Ambrx as her first full-time employer, and in addition she was the only full-time member of the Human Resources group. I had the pleasure of sitting down with her for many reasons in the time she worked there, and I can say that she was always a pleasure to work with. Apart from being warm and easy to talk with, Allison was consistently on point with communication regarding issues, forms, applications and status updates. In short, I learned I could depend on her without having to keep checking in. That in and of itself is worth its weight in gold.
