Elizabeth Macaluso Barrabee
I had the opportunity to work with Stephanie Hilburn at Health Partners Plans first through our partnership as events manager and community marketing representative. We worked seamlessly in processing leads into sales events with the goal of leading to business growth. As we both moved into management roles, we truly learned from one another, troubleshooted and helped creatively craft our goals into something that could be successful. Stephanie is a strong, highly organized and motivated leader. She was always looking for ways to grow and go beyond her own comfort zone to improve her team's outcomes. Stephanie is a skilled communicator both as a speaker and in written form. She is culturally competent and excels at building relationships in the community. She is committed and would be an asset to any organization.
