From the first day that I hired John as an intern, he has demonstrated a very high level of professionalism, work ethic, competence, and versatility. Upon his graduation from Drake, he came on board as a full-time research analyst and blossomed into a young leader in our organization. His areas of responsibility included market research, customer behavior analysis, CRM optimization, marketing automation implementation, pay-per-click advertising campaigns, new market intelligence studies, and other various functions within our marketing department. He showed excellent cross-functional communication skills with different departments and an unflappable, positive attitude under pressure. His passion for understanding customer behavior is evident in all initiatives that John touches, and he always demonstrated a strong desire to be a team player and get involved when he feels that he can make a difference. All in all, John has demonstrated remarkable growth in this beginning chapter of his marketing career.
