      Client liaison and Mystery Shopping/ Brand Standards Audit project management. For example in Jan 2016, the business invested in a new data capture and reporting system. I quickly learned the capabilities and processes of the system and became a source of knowledge for performing certain role specific actions amongst my colleagues. I actively contributed to the development of additional reporting tools which were not included at launch. The culmination of my first successful year earned me the title of Employee Of The Year.
