A partir desse momento, sua ascensão na empresa foi enorme, se tornando Diretor Territorial em MG, quando foi convidado para assumir algo desafiador na MAPFRE Espanha para desenvolver seguros empresariais, posteriormente regressando a América do Sul como CEO de MAPFRE Ecuador e agora, de volta ao Brasil, assumiu a Direção Comercial da MAPFRE.
