I have had the pleasure to work with Jim on two separate occasions (GE Capital Fleet and then Element Fleet) over the past 10 years and it's always been a pleasure. Jim has the ability to balance his passion for the client experience with an open, honest, and easy-going demeanour that makes him an excellent partner to be "in the trenches" with. We worked together through the financial crisis, acquisitions, integrations, migrations, with oil prices going from extreme highs to extreme lows and he always help find the right solution and kept both his wits and his humour about him - always an excellent combination and I wish him all the best in his continued success!

"The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires." William Arthur Ward Jim has inspired me to learn, grow and listen. His impact to his colleagues will not be lessened by time and I look forward to my next opportunity to collaborate with him.

Working with a larger team to do the meaningful work of supporting non-profit organizations with Salesforce implementations and workflow redesigns. Still combining my years of client facing experience with the technical expertise to roll out solutions that are used every single day. Managing a set of national key accounts for ARI's Canadian business. Focus is on retaining partnerships and recurring revenue streams through strategic and tactical level interactions throughout our clients' organizations. To put it simply - I'm working with senior and mid level management to solve the problems that matter to them. Managing a set of national key accounts for ARI's Canadian business.
