I currently work and study at Solent University and had the pleasure of undertaking a masters course with Tim. Tim is one of the hardest working individuals I have ever come across. His willingness to support and involve others was something to be admired. Tim is very level headed and easy to get along with. Tim took annual leave, to present at a national conference, purely because I asked for his help. I couldn't recommend Tim more highly.

Tim and I completed our final business consultancy project at university together. Tim was pro-active and resourceful throughout, his ability to lead and motivate others in the team was integral to our success. The project was challenging but at every hurdle Tim remained positive and came up with innovative and useful solutions. He works very methodically and has an analytical approach to solving a problem. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tim, he was an asset to the team and will excel in anything he turns his hand to.
