  At Showoff we specialise in experiential design within the sport and fitness industry. We have a wide range of clients in various different sectors such as insurance, education and hair products. My Role as a Project Manager is to ensure the client has the right solution, the right design, within budget and within a deadline. I meet with clients all over the UK and walk their facility to assess the customer's needs and the customer journey. In doing this I can start to paint a picture of how we can create a unique experience for the facility. I move onto quoting with suggestions and examples. As the project becomes live, the design team come to life. I provide all of the information to the design team that is relevant for them to start building a style. a couple of styles are then proofed to the client, amendments are made and then a final proof is approved. After this stage, I manage everything from production to installation ensuring the right teams have what they need when they need them. I will analyse the project after it is completed to review all successes and failures during the project. In summary, I am a client facing project manager that manages projects from the very start to the very end. Show less

My job as creative designer is generating ideas and applying them to the required media. With Use of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, WordPress I can create a wide range of different dynamic media for a client. With many years in customer service experience, building a great relationship with clients is a skill that has benefitted me greatly. Making first contact and making a first impression is very important, we aim to make the customer feel as comfortable as possible, so they know that their brand is in good hands. We make a point of meeting face to face, to give a more personal service. I have managed to develop web design skills in, HTML, CSS, Java Script and WordPress, to run along side this I also Enrolled on an SEO course at Yoast SEO, ensuring my clients web presence is done so in the most relevant way for consumers to find.
