As the project manager for the photography and graphic design teams, I worked with Nelly to help facilitate the in-studio product photography workflow and producing for photoshoots. Nelly was instrumental in handling the high-volume product photography in studio, managing ad hoc sample requests, producing for photoshoots, on location photography and styling, and complex lifestyle image edits. She became one of the go-to members on the team for managing conflicting deadlines/priorities and gracefully working under pressure. She has a great perspective on how to manage resources available to accomplish the overall business goals and clearly communicates with other team members to ensure an open and collaborative work environment.
