Kristin set a new standard for Client Relationship Manager and Customer Care. Before I met Kristin in 2016, I learned she had made the extra effort to gain formal training and practical expertise in the challenges that elderly individuals and their caregivers experience. More importantly Kristin shared that knowledge and understanding with her typical patience, generosity, and kindness. At the time I was encountering an important and stressful challenge, arranging care for an elderly parent and Kristin provided exceptional support. Kristin went well beyond all expectations - Kristin provided insights into how to communicate with and understand what my parent was experiencing. The stress and frustration I was experiencing was resolved once I understood the "why". To this day I consider Kristin a valued and trusted colleague. This speaks to Kristin's character, all the hard and soft skills she possesses are transferable because of her character.

I have had the great honor to work with Kris for a few years. Kris is hard working, compassionate and dependable. She adapts well to change and is always will to lend a hand. If given the opportunity to work with her again, I would not need to think twice about. She is truly a pleasure to work with.
