  As an ICT Technician apprentice for resources I need to do things like, fix a computer and laptops when a component is broke I also install software onto the computers when it is needed. write reports on the things and units we have done. We do a mix of different units to work towards getting a level 3 ICT qualification. I monitor the hardware and software. on a occasion I sometimes have to deal with customers request and deal with them, so I fix there computer and improve it so that it runs smoother. Show less
