Himanshu is a recent intern at St Kilda Youth Service (SKYS) and did some tremendous teamwork in management consultancy on social enterprise and in marketing our organisation via fundraising. Himanshu was a popular member of staff as he was able to adapt very quickly in what was a significant period of uncertainty in our operations. He worked on fundraising, established marketing content via analysis and written copy for web 2.0 technology marketing outlets and contributed to a business analysis of our social enterprise Blue SKYS Media that has assisted in this enterprise transitioning from start up to a profitable operation. Himanshu is very presentable and very capable and I wish him the greatest success as he continues his career here in Melbourne.

Himanshu has been a very promising senior analyst/team leader on my team. In his tenure at ARC, has been entrusted with some of the most analytically challenging projects and has consistently delivered on them. Himanshu's impact as a leader was seen within a short span of 4 months of him leading a team of 6 analysts. There was a clear improvement in the team's analytical development, comprehension and performance and client feedbacks proved that! Himanshu is one of the fastest at grasping a required skillset. He has also done an excellent job on training and mentoring new analysts. He is great with multitasking on several different activities - research projects, event management, training etc. I have never seen him refuse a responsibility given to him.
