      I first started at the dealership as a fish out of water. I started in the Parts Department selling BMW parts to car owners. Since I strived for more and wanted to learn as much as I could I then went onto the Service Department. In the Service Department I drove for a short amount of time as a Shuttle Driver; driving our clients to and from work. I then learned how to become The Transportation Manager. With this title I had much more responsibility; this is the position I really started to flourish in the dealership. I was in charge of the shuttle drivers, the 80 BMW/MINI loaner vehicles, processing the correct loan car paperwork while providing excellent customer service. I was in this position for a little over a year when I was eager to learn yet another position. I became a Customer Service Representative where I would schedule service appointments, cash out clients and assist in any other way possible. During this period I also would help out the Used Car Department with Lease Returns. With all of my bouncing around and knowledge I was promoted to the Customer Service Supervisor. As the supervisor I am in charge of day to day processes within the Service Department. I oversee 7 employees, find new applicants, run interviews and various team building meetings. I also assist with various dealership events; weather it be co-planning, overseeing an event or helping work the event. I also have my own daily tasks such as; the daily cash deposit, ensuring that our cash schedule does not have any variances while assisting our Service Manager and Service Advisors in any other way possible.
