  Bahasa Indonesia bagi Penutur Asing (BIPA) is one of the Language Division's programs managed by the Laboratory of Humanities. The program is specifically provided for all foreigners to study Indonesian language, or known as Bahasa Indonesia, and Indonesian culture. I was assigned as an Indonesian language tutor for a Japanese student from Miyazaki University. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the classes were held virtually. The responsibilities of the job consist of: - Planning and preparing teaching materials based on the BIPA education system/curriculum- Teaching Indonesian language and culture to BIPA student- Responding to inquiries about Indonesian language and culture- Writing a report on the student's learning progress after each tutorial session- Creating a final report regarding the overall improvement of the student

  As a student center and a reading room for both undergraduates and graduates of Faculty of Cultural Studies, Self-Access Center aims to assist students outside their class interactions in order to actively build up intellectual and well-educated graduates. Partaking in a 3-month group internship, I was responsible for the following tasks, namely:- Issuing and organizing library resources, including encyclopedias, research journals, unerdraduate and graduate thesises, textbooks, and novels- Performing pre-cataloging task and data entry by filing and maintaining catalog files of all library collections- Manning library services in the circulation desk, including library searches; membership registration; borrowing, returning, and renewing books- Collecting and arranging each softcopy of thesis, research article, and internship report based on major and year of study- Tidying books and shelving all the books from the returns trolley - Designing approximately 50 return cards and 30 locker numbers
