      In my capacity as the administrative assistant at Joadem Corporation, I was tasked with managing various duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office. These duties included managing daily incoming emails from clients and inspectors, downloading reports from over 15 inspectors, and ensuring their successful transmission into the office servers. Furthermore, I meticulously reviewed reports to eliminate errors before passing them off to the PE for stamping. To streamline the process, I leveraged Google Drive to track incoming reports and meticulously ensured that all reports from previous work were promptly reviewed, stamped, and sent out to clients the next working day. Moreover, I expertly managed information for over 20 new projects and logged them into the server to ensure proper documentation. Additionally, I curated new client information in separate folders for easy access by project managers and coordinators. I played a key role in preparing all TR2 sign-off documentations for projects successfully completed by our inspectors, and expertly assisted in daily scheduling for over 15 inspectors to various job sites. In case of issues or risk, I adeptly troubleshooted. I was also instrumental in scheduling office training sessions between the PE and inspectors, as well as organizing monthly office meetings and retrospectives.
