I worked for TYPSA in it’s central headquarters as architect. I was involved in the teams witch developed: - Riyadh Metro Stations (Line 5) with the collaboration of ATKINS. *Eleven stations modeled entirely in a BIM environment. I was made responsible for both modeling and designing with my team. The urban insertion and the sonving of ground level contingencies were challenges that were gave to me more often. *BIM modeling: Solved day-to-day architectonic problems and modeled the project according to both TYPSA’s and ATKIN’s CAD and BIM standards. Solved the team’s doubts related with Revit Architecture. Continuous use of Revit Worksets for collaborative modeling in real-time.*Coordination with MEP and Structures Departments to develop the projects using LOD 300 BIM standard. Implementation of efficient BIM workflows between departments. - Bus Rapid Transport of Astana. 12 climate-controlled bus stations with underpass way. *We presented the client various options of a highly detailed design of the stations at a record time. *Station Prototypes Design. Developed various preliminary designs optimizing construction costs.*Urbanistic Integration. Developed various options for each station to correctly place the projects on the different locations. - Panama Metro Project, Line 2 (Panama) – 16 elevated stations (3.508,23-5.161,33 m2). *BIM modelling; Verifying the compliance with the design criteria. *Document control: Edition tasks, checked codification of the documents to deliver, verifying the compliance with the quality criteria.
