I worked with Paula at UXC/Getronics where she managed the Quality, Safety and Environment programs. A great team player, Paula developed significant expertise in Quality and Environmental management. She was instrumental in ensuring the company not only retained its critical ISO 9001 Quality certification, but actually embraced the principles of Quality management across the business. Paula also developed from scratch an Environmental management system leading to ISO 14001 certification.
