As Chief Operating and Procurement Officer for Sourcewell, I had the privilege of collaborating with Becky on a regular basis given her role as Sourcewell Human Resources Manager. Some of our more notable areas of collaboration included; implementation of the Baldrige Excellence Framework, capability indexing, Organizational Process Management, ERP/HCM steering committee, and organizational metrics committee. As CEO, I had the great opportunity to work with Becky Grunig for 5 years at Sourcewell when she was the Manager of Human Resources. During our time together we had quite a journey of growth, development, maturation, and change. While at Sourcewell, Becky designed and evolved our Human Resources department to be positioned for our desired future...one of continued growth and service. Becky was an instrumental voice in how we approached organizational change management and played a key role in how our departments, divisions, and organization stayed connected through intentional communication. Becky has high energy, an even higher capacity for learning/growth, and a passion to serve. It was an honor working with her, and I look forward to our paths crossing again in the future.
