Client: #1 company to work for globally, one of the biggest technology companies in the world. This has been a successful relationship since 2018 when we started working with the legal team - initially in competition with generalist legal recruiters, however the client quickly chose to transition to exclusivity having seen the caliber of our candidates.The client typically has high expectations looking for lawyers with private practice training + in-house experience within the tech sector with SaaS bias. As a rule requirements include experience supporting sales of technology products and services to enterprise level customers, experience in drafting and negotiating high complexity high value commercial contracts, knowledge of Data Protection, IP and antitrust law and experience with revenue recognition principles.We have delivered on every role we got instructed for. For one of the positions, the client liked both finalists so much, that they chose to restructure the legal team and make an offer to both candidates. We keep handling this client's vacancies arising across the UK, France, Germany, Italy and Sweden, since 2018 having placed 15 technology / commercial lawyers in the 1-16 PQE range into EMEA legal team within.All lawyers hired are still working for the company, most have been promoted. Excellent feedback has been received for all new team members from the GC and line managers. Our candidates are enjoying their new company confirming its reputation as one world's best employers.This is just one example of a successful collaboration.
