Melissa has many super-powers that amaze me. She is an idea generator! She comes up with incredibly great advice and solutions to challenges. She grasps the big picture, with all of its many complications, very quickly. She is great at building bridges, friendships, and allies. She is great at thinking outside the box. She cares deeply about the work she does, about making a difference in the world, and about the people she works with. She is great at giving recognition.
