Garner is the "go to" litigate guy from the South. We had some memorable Hurricane Katrina claims, where the synergy exemplified the old adage, "whole is greater than the sum of the parts." James and his partner, Lee Sher, have a balance that you rarely see. When you stand in the waiting area of Sher Garner, you can feel the pulse of Law in New Orleans. These guys are real advocates. Real advocacy is difficult to come buy. Providing this level of dedication comes at a price. I consider Sher Garner the Southern office of Claims International. With the aftermath of tornado's, it's likely Claims International will have numerous claims to service, across several state lines. I write this recommendation not only as a testimonial, but also an early step in servicing the tornado claims. Any claim that my shop handles in the South, that needs the added value of Counsel, Sher, Garner is the only choice.
