My role is to represent over 17,000 University of Dundee Students across various committees (including panels for senior appointments), boards and groups both within the University and in local, regional and national organisations. This involves working intimately with the University's Leadership and Management Teams. I am also the lead Student Executive for DUSA which is a charity that employs over 350 people with an annual turnover topping £6million. This includes prominent roles within the creation of our business strategy, our finance committee and our pastoral work. I report to our Board of Trustees and I am also a member of the University's Court and Senate. Finally, I am the charity's lead spokesperson. This has resulted in me drafting both local and national press statements whilst making various media appearances on regional and national broadcasters such as BBC and STV. I proudly perform my duties and constantly aim to empower others whilst having the privilege of working on transformative pastoral campaigns with an inspiring and passionate team.
