  - I am a 21st century administrator who is engaged in designing data and evidence based programs for student support to promote student engagement and achievement- a facilitator of 21st century learning. To this end, I founded RTI leadership team to analyze data efficacy of existing interventions and lead the English Learner and Special Education programs. I also established successful data driven Tier 2 interventions for struggling learners.
