Administrative Secretarial Support • Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to ensure active and efficient management of their email account and diary, including scheduling calls and appointments; • Making and coordinating detailed arrangements as required for all meetings chaired by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), including organizing meeting rooms and refreshments, preparation of agendas, coordinating and distributing papers, taking minutes and actions arising from meetings, and maintaining decisions; • Drafting correspondence and emails for the Chief Executive Officer, storing confidential documents; • Arranging travel and accommodation for business or personal trips (e.g., transportation, hotel, visa, etc.) for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO); • Preparation of confidential material and financial/statistical information using spreadsheets and databases for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO); • Providing general administrative support when required for specific projects or during the absence of other administrative support roles.
