I had the pleasure of working with Rob Stevens during my time at Apex Industries as an Outside Technical Sales Professional. Rob was quickly promoted within the group to director the project management team. The critical and demanding position required the ability to change direction quickly, manage staff, as well as multiple complex projects simultaneously. Being that our focus was custom machined, fabricated and integrated products, communication between the Sales, Engineering and Manufacturing groups was paramount. I found Rob to be an excellent communicator and facilitator. Rob worked very well under the pressure of expedited deadlines. I felt confident knowing that he was managing the group and I was more successful in my role due to his efforts. Rob would be an invaluable asset to any organization based on my experience working closely with him. Jason M. Gaskill Sales Engineer – Milacron Plastics Machinery

I've had the pleasure of working with and for Rob at two different companies. As a manager Rob was one of those rare mentors who treated his team as equal partners and encouraged everyone to create and develop their own processes. Rob understands the bigger picture and what it takes for a project to be successful, and with that, he would inspire and motivate us to care about our work and invest our time wisely to ensure that success. His military background has made him a natural leader, whether providing conflict resolution or problem solving. His positive attitude and respect for others, bundled with his many years of management experience, makes Rob an invaluable asset to any organization. I am proud to have worked with Rob and also consider him a good friend.
