Job Responsibility's. • Support and maintain day-to-day reliable operations, and minimize equipment out of service. Develop and manage PM programs. • Evaluating equipment performance. • Recommending improvements and new technologies. • Review and Analyze Engineering documents like... Engineering drawings/ PIDs/ Completion documents Techno commercial proposals etc. • Provide Mechanical Inputs for the technical evaluation of changes, modifications and impact analysis. •Provide technical inputs to generate/review of PFDs/ P&IDs / Material Selection.Good knowledge on static equipment's, heat exchangers , pump's , compressors and it's maintenance. Reads flow meters & gauges to regulate equipment . Inspects equipment to detect malfunctions. Repairs lubricates equipment, using hand tools. Records data, like utilization of equipment, power consumption. Knowledge of different kind of pumps and valves operation. Troubleshoots repairs and maintains pumps, valves. Communicating with Subordinates - Providing information to co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person Report any major issues to the senior Engineer. Maintains appropriate service and repair records. Responds to routine and emergency calls for repairs and service. Show less
