Joseph excelled as a Marketing Intern for the Aftermarket and Distriution team, and was an asset to our organization during his tenure at Sauer-Danfoss. Besides being a pleasure to work with, Joseph has excellent written and verbal communication skills, can work independently, and is able to effectively multi-task to ensure that all projects are completed in a timely manner. In his role, Joseph fully developed two business cases one for our Customer Extranet, the other for a new Rapid Delivery Center. Both resulted in successful project approvals, with both programs now fully funded and in development. He also created our Distribution Sales Database allowing for immediate access to sales information for all North American Account managers. Joey was an tremendous asset our team. He was always willing to offer his assistance and had an excellent rapport with customers and co-workers alike. He would be an asset to any employer and I recommend him for any endeavor he chooses to pursue.

Accomplishments-Documented requirements for, designed, and built an Access database cataloging distribution sales across the Americas. The database aggregates data from three different companies' Business Intelligence Systems (including SAP from Sauer-Danfoss) and reports in a standardized format that is still used at the company today. I presented the first quarterly reports to the National Sr Account Managers. -Researched and composed two business cases that were approved by Sr Management. I designed and pulled queries from SAP in conjunction with internal interviews to record quantitative data that I then contextualized in a qualitative report.-Defined requirements for a brand new, integrated extranet to strengthen Sauer-Danfoss' relationship with its supply chain partners.
