To whom it may concern, I am writing this letter in recommendation of Aaron Milkulsky. I worked with Aaron from 2014 until 2021. During our time together, I was the Chief Underwriting Officer for Employers Insurance Group. In my role, I worked extensively with Aaron and his team. Aaron brought much needed and important business process changes, improved customer experiences with both internal and external customers and provided strategic leadership to the executive team. Aaron has excellent problem-solving skills that helped my team, as well as others, improve efficiency, reduce expenses and increase the customer experience. While doing this, Aaron consistently met his company objectives. Aaron knows how to motivate both employees and agents to deliver his objectives. What I admire most about Aaron is his ability to deliver this type of performance while maintaining his humanity and sincere concern for the welfare of his colleagues. I would unhesitatingly recommend Aaron for any role where delivering results and motivating employees are paramount responsibilities. Should you have any questions, I may be reached at 707-484-6832 or at lrogers8181@gmail.com

I overlapped with Aaron while at Employers. When Aaron joined up, he was able to make an immediate impact on an organization that can be "impact-resistant" due to the nature of the business. Aaron was able to influence the entire organization from his position and really change the way people looked at the operations- and he was able to do this from the C-suite to the folks on the ground and get real buy-in. With a focus on process improvement and efficiency, Aaron changed how the company was looking at everything from distribution to underwriting and claims. Its rare to find an executive who can expand their influence horizontally across departments as well as vertical through the ranks, but Aaron did. In a tight-margin business like insurance, Aaron made a difference. Personally, he is also a great guy, and an empathetic leader.

Aaron is great leader who leverages passion, intelligence, insight, humility and integrity in everything he undertakes. These qualities, and his ability to make the most of them, make Aaron one of the most rounded and versatile business people I've known. He seeks, and always succeeds, to add value in the biggest and smallest ways, not matter what the task at hand is.

On Monday July 21st 2014, he sent his first Monday MO (for Monday MOtivation). It was short: Care more than others think is wise Risk more than others think is safe Dream more than others think is practical Expect more than others think is possible Set excellence as your standard People found the message MOtivational and a great way to start their week. Aaron continued to send out Monday MOs for over six-years. A true testament to the impact, was how the distribution expanded beyond the team to include spouses, parents, children, and friends. The messages were having a positive impact in people’s lives, and they wanted to share them with others. This book is a consolidation of these Monday MOs–to share these Motivational messages with you. Unlike many books that are meant to be read from start to finish, this book may be read in any order. Select a topic and read as many MOs as you like. Some may resonate more than others, but the hope is that you find many that interest and inspire you. This book is for you if you are a curious person who wishes to stretch your mind and get exposure to new perspectives. Now go read a MO!

Upon consultation, we discovered customer retention levels were declining and duplicate invoices were being sent out to customers each month, causing confusion and dissatisfaction. After conducting numerous one-on-one interviews and applying Lean tools and approaches, it became clear where inefficiencies were stemming from and how we could correct them. Our plan included basic automation to reduce non-value-added work, a new organizational structure was implemented, as was a change in leadership. As a result, employee satisfaction and engagement doubled, headcount was reduced by 25% while output improved by over 50%, quality of work increased, duplicate invoices were eliminated and retention rates began increasing immediately. If you have concerns about your systems and processes, book a free 30-minute “Future-Proofing” Consultation and see how to keep your company ahead of the curve.

Upon consultation, we discovered customers were choosing the competition because they no longer found fair value in the client’s services. Our plan included revamping value propositions, streamlining the onboarding process and delivering a seamless customer journey that answered all relevant support questions at the appropriate times to increase their comfort level with the product, as well as increase their excitement and loyalty. As a result, defection rates went from 47% to 11% in less than three months, product usage increased over 230% and they created a more knowledgeable, open and collaborative team that is now more focused on building a proactive, customer-focused culture within their teams and each other. If you have concerns about your customer retention rates, book a free 30-minute “Future-Proofing” Consultation and see how to keep your company ahead of the curve.
