To whom it may concern, I am writing this letter in recommendation of Aaron Milkulsky. I worked with Aaron from 2014 until 2021. During our time together, I was the Chief Underwriting Officer for Employers Insurance Group. In my role, I worked extensively with Aaron and his team. Aaron brought much needed and important business process changes, improved customer experiences with both internal and external customers and provided strategic leadership to the executive team. Aaron has excellent problem-solving skills that helped my team, as well as others, improve efficiency, reduce expenses and increase the customer experience. While doing this, Aaron consistently met his company objectives. Aaron knows how to motivate both employees and agents to deliver his objectives. What I admire most about Aaron is his ability to deliver this type of performance while maintaining his humanity and sincere concern for the welfare of his colleagues. I overlapped with Aaron while at Employers. When Aaron joined up, he was able to make an immediate impact on an organization that can be "impact-resistant" due to the nature of the business. Aaron was able to influence the entire organization from his position and really change the way people looked at the operations- and he was able to do this from the C-suite to the folks on the ground and get real buy-in. With a focus on process improvement and efficiency, Aaron changed how the company was looking at everything from distribution to underwriting and claims. Its rare to find an executive who can expand their influence horizontally across departments as well as vertical through the ranks, but Aaron did. In a tight-margin business like insurance, Aaron made a difference. Personally, he is also a great guy, and an empathetic leader.
