Mandy is a highly competent professional; she provides exceptional clinical services to clients with a compassionate, informed and therapeutic approach. Her research is always up to date and to say she is a team player would be an understatement!

Crystal C.

Mandy is a highly conscientious and thoughtful clinician who takes the time to ensure her practices are the best for the individual she is serving. In the work we did, we were often on a new frontier and Mandy was always willing to put the extra effort in to research topics and learn about new practices. Mandy strives to be as quality-oriented as she is able to be within the confines of a system. Mandy is also a team-player as she considered others' viewpoints and works toward including them in any group efforts. Mandy has a sweet demeanor with her clients and her relaxed presence puts anyone at ease when they come to her for help in times of distress. I recommend Mandy without hesitation and any organization or agency would be blessed to have her as part of their team!

I have previously engaged in cognitive behavioral therapy and positive behavioral supports with individuals who have been diagnosed with acquired brain disorders and developmental and intellectual disabilities. Some of the people I worked with have a history of problematic sexual behavior and/or chronic mental health issues such as schizophenia and personality disorders. In this position, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team was a daily approach to the success of this work. Training direct support staff and managers on treatment approaches and new employee orientation for preventative services were among the ways I served the population and staff.
