1. In the context of a challenging economic situation and a fundraising strategy heavily reliant on major donors (90% of foundation’s economic income) I fully led and implemented the membership plan behind a targeted oriented approach. The membership plan entailed a wide range of executions such as Face to Face, Digital Fundraising, Telemarketing and SMS fundraising plans. 2. Co_led the Foundation´s innovation program, developing the commercial and marketing strategy for a new brand. 3. Big events management as: - 2011 Alzheimer’s International Congress in collaboration with Reina Sofia Foundation in Madrid: 5 MM€ collected, 30 sponsors, attended by 2.500 people, 185.000 people following on streaming and 3 MM€ estimated mass media coverage. - 2013 Concert against Alzheimer at Palau Sant Jordi Barcelona: +440 K€ collected, 10.000 Attendees with an estimated 4,5 MM€ impact in mass media coverage. 1. Working as part of a professional team involved in raising money from companies and local people we exceeded initial objectives by doubling the original goal: 120 MM€ funds raised, 60 sponsors. In a moment where tobacco marketing opportunities where tight (no ATL was allowed, only BTL) and tobacco price was rising we succeeded to maintain Camel brand awareness (Camel was the flagship) and market share.
