• Provides technical assistance for our products such as Perimeter Intrusion Detection System (PIDS) and Video Management System (VMS/CCTV). • Provides pre-sales support which includes verifying the technical requirements of a project and working with customer from the design stage until project completion.• Provides post-sales support which includes commissioning of new installations and troubleshooting/maintenance of existing installations.• Conducts online or face-to-face certification training to customers on how to use, configure, and install our products.Key Projects:• Commissioned the pipeline monitoring system on one of the Oil and Gas sites in Algeria.• Commissioned the perimeter intrusion detection system on one of the LNG sites in Ghana. • Commissioned the perimeter intrusion detection system on one of the train depots in Singapore. • Supported the video analytics configuration on most of our product installations in Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, and other Asia Pacific countries.
