Trudy is a people manager pur sang and brings a vast and diverse experience from the Agile world. She has a profound knowledge and understanding of scrum methodologies and has the ability to quickly identify and put to practice what works best for a team, whilst not losing sight on the concept of autonomy. Through her broad experience and empathy, she is also capable of inspiring the people around her and developing them as a manager. Lastly and definitely making Trudy who is Trudy, she has a unique type of humour that brings fun in the game even when things get serious; a very valuable competence in a Management Team at a fast-growing organization! I enjoyed working with you Trudy and will miss the dynamic you bring in into the scrum game!

Working with Trudy at Dutch Railways (Nederlandse Spoorwegen, NS) in her role as Scrum Master has been a blast. Trudy is a star in creating an open and transparent atmosphere within the teams she coaches. She manages to coach teams to be self-organized and focussed on the goal(s) at hand, while keeping the needs and concerns of individual teammembers in mind. Trudy is just but fair in her ways, she speaks her heart if she feels the need to intervene on signals she observes with a high level of detail and sensitivity. Trudy is a very creative person, which reflect (among others) in joy- and playfull agile events she facilitates. Trudy is very friendly, social and emphatic; a very pleasant person to have worked with. Hopefully we'll get the chance to work together again, somewhere in the future.

      After working in software development for many years, I took a break and lived and worked in a Zen Monastery for almost 2 years. It was intense, exciting and inspiring; an entirely different environment. I founded a meditation group, en prepared and hosted meditation lessons weekly. I have learned so many things during this period, it truly was a very special time and I am grateful that I had the possibility to experience this.
