  Perform accounting for five properties with over 800 units reporting directly to the Controller of the organization. Areas of responsibility encompass financial analysis, journal entries, general ledger, financial statements, balance sheets, month-end closings, management reporting, A/P, A/R, reconciliations, payroll, budgets, internal controls, and financial reports. ✔ Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing processes including adjusting accrual journal entries to the general ledger.✔ Work efficiently in high volume environment with exceptionally accurate results. ✔ Reconcile monthly bank statements for all properties in order to prepare accurate financial statements. ✔ Coordinate and prepare vendor payments.
