  Il s'agit d'enseigner l'analyse de politique publique à des étudiants de BAC 3 en sciences politiques (cours de théorie de l'action publique). Je donne ce cours depuis l'année académique 2015-2016.Auparavant, j'ai donné les cours de modèles socio-politiques de l’État (années académiques 2013-2014 et 2014-2015) et d'acteurs du système politique (année académique 2012-2013) à des étudiants de master.

  In this PhD research on “The regulation of risks linked to the electromagnetic fields’ in Belgium: the case of the mobile phones” , I analyze and I help to understand how public actors make collective decisions in a context of scientific uncertainties and facing a divided behavior of citizens. On the one hand, there is a huge penetration rate of mobile phones. Citizens agree with the social utility of this technology. On the other hand, there is a lot of concern about base stations. They would have negative effects on the landscape, on the well-being of residents, and on their health. In such a context, policy-makers search the support of scientific experts to make collective decisions. Nevertheless, and even if the thermal effects of EMF are well known, the knowledge about non thermal effects (e.g. cancer) remains incomplete.The case of Belgium is particularly interesting for two reasons. Firstly, Belgium apply restrictive standards in comparison with the international standard of 41,2 V/m defined by the World Health Organization (20,6 V/m in 2001 and 3 V/m in 2009). Secondly, a devolution of the public policy occurred in 2009. This moving down of the public policy is particularly surprising in technological matters.During my experience, I had the opportunity of teaching, organizing workshops and conferences. Moreover, aptitude of networking was an important part of my job. That's why I have developped some collaborations with ULG, with the FLD (Lille), with the CSO (Paris), with Science Po (Paris), and with the university of Syracuse (NY). Show less

  This research stay in the United States had the aim to develop the original contribution of my Ph.D. dissertation. During this research stay, I worked with the specialist of venue shopping strategies in the US. Moreover, I made some workshops in order to introduce the results of my research to other members of the Maxwell School of Syracuse University, particularly the Campbell Public Affairs Institute.
