Spencer is someone who puts above and beyond the dedication and care needed for any assignment. He takes each one very seriously and doesn’t sit around waiting for someone to give him and assignment, he actively seeks them out and takes them to their fullest. Spencer is also a great team member in helping others feel included and wanted in the team. He is also very well-versed in Nuke and the principles/skills needed for compositing.
