I was responsible for all the training within the Company. My role was mainly to deliver induction training, this can range from 2 weeks to 5 weeks depending on the Client's needs. I also deliver the Company Inductions, review and write training material, and coach existing team members. I currently train the following: - Hastings car and bike Insurance (Sales, Renewals, Customer Services and Admin) - Stonebridge International Insurance (Customer Services) - Hotel Chocolat (Customer Services and Sales) I am very familiar with the FCA and the Insurance Industry as a whole, and am currently studying towards my CII Qualification. I am used to training both Inbound and Outbound Campaigns. I take great pride in my work and enjoy nothing more than helping people develop and grow within the business. Show less

Sales Team Manager - Insurance Campaign
-
Aug 2014 - Mar 2015
My role required a thorough understanding of my targets and KPI’s as a manager and as a team. I managed a group of between 8-12 consultants in the sales part of Hastings Direct. The role was varied, I dealt with Action plans, return to works, and keeping everything on target within a driven sales environment. My role was to aspire, motivate and understand the different learning styles and environments to engage and get the most out of my team whilst adhering to the guidelines of the FCA and achieving our KPI’s. I was also given the opportunity to head up the sales department in my manager’s absence. This includes conducting meetings with the other sales managers, keeping on top of the managers in their role and make sure KPI’s are being met on a daily basis. Alongside this I still had to head up my own team of consultants which were, at the time, currently achieving the best statistics on the floor. The skills I obtained during my time in the role were increased communication, up sell strategies, objection handling, customer service, enthusiasm, whilst as a manager implementing training and coaching while instilling a competitive atmosphere with the need to succeed. This role increased my positive competitive energy and aspirations for others (and as a team) to succeed. Show less
