Bio
Edy Rhodes, MS, NCC, CPRW
I have worked with Dillon these last two years as his career and academic advisor and as his supervisor at the Center for Advising and Career Services at the Middlebury Institute. His intelligence, significant organizational skills, and technical acumen have been extremely valuable to the environmental policy and the Peace Corps programs' goals and objectives. It has been an honor to watch him diligently pursue his sustainability management specialization to reach a high level of expertise. He is personable, fun and wonderful to work with. Any employer would be fortunate to have him on their team.

Dillon Green has served as the Peace Corps Coverdell Fellows Graduate Assistant for the 2021-22 Academic Year, reporting to me. While he inherited a great system - the system was challenged by the higher than usual volume of Peace Corps Fellows that the Middlebury Institute hosted during this period. Dillon was able to manage the increased volume of documentation demanded of RPCV's verifying their required volunteer hours, and was able to upgrade the system to realize more efficiencies. Dillon has been great under pressure, incredibly professional and friendly, and I know he's on to bigger and more exciting roles after he completes his MA next month. It's been a pleasure working with him!
