I first met Yvonne in the Pentravel Office in Hillcrest and at the time enquired about an MSC cruise from Durban to Venice. All went well and then horror of horrors, she got transferred to the Pentravel Johannesburg Office. That seemed to be no problem as we resorted to email and telephone calls and everything was taken care of professionally and very efficiently. What really stood out in this period was the instantaneous advice on what the various on-board drinks packages really gave you, plus a break down on all the excursions which we booked before boarding. The trip to Petra wasn't cheap but what an experience! Even better still was coming to our rescue with a hospitality voucher in Dubai when we faced a 10 hour wait between flights, not to mention booking us a hotel in Venice right beside St.Marks Square and the water buses....... what more could you ask for? Yvonne may be based in Johannesburg now but she'll be my first port of call for my next package trip!
