  Il principale obiettivo del mio lavoro è stato l'identificazione delle funzioni della proteina WHIRLY1 in orzo. A tal fine ho usato differenti metodi di biochimica, spaziando da metodi perparativi (isolazione di protoplasti, frazionamento cellulare su gradiente, isolazione di organelli) all'elettroforesi su gel di acrilammide (nativi e denaturanti, compresa IEF) a metodi di purificazione proteica (pre-frazionamento con ammonio solfato, gel filtration e cromatografia ad affinità). Ho anche avuto esperienza con differenti strumenti per la misura di parametri fisiologici (ImagingPAM, DualPAM, spettroscopia a bassa temperatura). Show less
