Through my ten year tenure I was promoted multiple times, including three in the last five years, to become an integral part of the management team, leading to the aforementioned culmination of success. Growth occurred for both the organization as well as me as a leader given that the latter years included remediation of two consent orders and one in-market acquisition. I served as key owner for the evaluation and development of services, processes and technologies from the client- or business-needs (operations), risk, and technological perspectives. This included driving the eBanking and Information Technology Strategy, leading projects or creating product business cases, and completing related research and analysis regarding industry and client trends or expectations to Business Unit Managers, Executive Leadership and the Board for consideration in strategic planning and tactical implementations. In more recent years I expanded beyond Operations and IT into Vendor Management, Business Continuity, Incident Response, Change Management, and Project Management programs, strengthening each to ensure appropriate compliance with regulations and regulatory guidance. I identified and communicated regulatory, operations, and cyber-security risks to the Executive Team and Board and addressed related risk mitigation strategies via leadership to team members. During the last three years I served as the bank's Information Security Officer. Additionally for these final years, aside from being responsible for the operational effectiveness of my areas of responsibility, I managed associated budgets and mentored and managed upwards of 50 employees.
