Gaurav and I worked for a small team of MIS guys. Fair to say, we started off with a messed up department with no future for any of us. our jobs sucked, in a nutshell. but like many youngsters in their initial jobs, we slogged our behinds and wrecked our brains to come up with some great improvement ideas and implemented them. we stayed hungry and we stayed awake, and in the end created automations which literally eliminated 80% of our own work. this created space for us to take on more and become a valued and indispensable part of overall sales team.
