My role was to assist Industrial Pacific Ltd (ATL Group Ltd and Henderson Demolition Ltd) in achieving greater efficiencies and solving organisational problems. The focus will mainly be on the daily general improvement of the procedures and processes within the group as well as on a strategic level.Other activities include assistance in planning, organising, directing, controlling and coordinating the overall administration, financial, policy, planning and guidelines within the group.I have helped managed in the last month to finalise the process of winding up the shared services departments to allow the remaining subsidiaries to carry on with business and to set up a small administrative function to carry on their accounting and office functions.
