Lauren Taylor

Beyond being an overall great person, Arlen has been a tremendous asset to the iorad ambassador program. She continues to create clear, concise, instructional content for Google Apps. In result of her solid training skills, willingness to learn, and so quickly becoming an iorad power user, we've recruited her to be one of our tutorial reviewers. She works with others in the ambassador program where she guides them in how to create the best training, as well as teaches them how to use iorad in way that will improve their tutorial. Her attention to detail is yet another reason she does an excellent job reviewing tutorials prior to them being published. She definitely goes the extra mile. Arlen works well with others & and I believe would make a great manager as well.

Creative, innovative, intelligent, savvy, organized and hardworking. That describes Arlen. I've known her since 2013. She was active in a number of leadership roles on the Board of the New Jersey Association of School Librarians. I was the Assistant Director of LibraryLinkNJ (LLNJ), The NJ Statewide Library Cooperative. My primary responsibility was the statewide professional development program for library staff. Arlen was an active participant and effective presenter in our annual TechFest. I also served as the LLNJ liaison to the NJASL Board. When she became President of NJASL, we worked closely together on their Strategic Plan. Always willing to share her technology expertise, I learned so much from Arlen over the years. I love her enthusiasm and how much she love s a challenge.
