Created five modules to guide students through the history of student development theory to the current literature regarding theories. In this role, I oversaw a 15-member team of staff and graduate students in the development and management of academic support services for over 600 undergraduate students through six cohort-based programs (TRIO Student Support Services, TRIO Student Support Services English as a Second Language, Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative, Transfer Success Program, Brother 2 Brother Program and the Red Fox College Access and Success Program).
