      In my current position, I consult to a global semiconductor manufacturer. My role is to plan and monitor the installation and demo of tools that are used to manufacture these products. Our goal is to reduce cycle time by 50% without adding overtime or more resources. I use Last Planner System (LPS) and TouchPlan (a construction collaboration software) to enable trade to trade collaboration, develop and document project milestones and timelines, schedule and mange project meetings, and track the construction process. Using these tools, and facilitating effective communication between all team members to focus on effective planning and proactive constraint management, we have improved the efficiency of workflow and successfully reduced overall construction durations by an average of 50%.
