Rodrigo is my favorite kind of person! He derives his greatest joy from learning and sharing his knowledge with others, and especially with his team at SHM. A quick review of his CV and LI profile reveals that Rodrigo is driven by a growth mindset. But don´t get stuck on the formal training side of the CV. Turning his passion for software development into things that make a positive impact on society is not the hidden surprise. Talk to Rodrigo about travel, music, and his future plans goes directly to the depth of his character. As open as he is to learning he is equally focused on creating a space that is conducive to community prosperity for what we learn is as important as who we learn with. I want to also address an often overlooked soft skill for a Front End Developer that Rodrigo possesses in abundance. Playfulness is the underlying skill necessary to implement a communal vision, and in the professional sense, playfulness allows us to attain a high degree of confidence in what we are communicating. At SHM we pride ourselves on creating teams that will bring forth the best in one another as well as in the clients´in-house team. Rodrigo´s affable nature and dynamic personality influences positively any team he joins.

Rodrigo directly reported to me for over 1 year. He was a pleasure to work with and he took on and completed every challenge I gave him. He is a great team player and always willing to assist others. I recommended him for any position.
