Majority of projects followed Waterfall methodology. The main internal system supported was SIS. Vendor systems included IMPACT, Shado, XSP, Smart Seg, Smart Loan and S3.  Acquired business knowledge of various products, processes, regulations in order to understand project requirements. Knowledge was gained through research, interviews with business partners, and shadowing associates.
