Heidi and I started together at Manpower within a couple of months of each other in early 2011 (she was the Program Coordinator of the Opportunities Knock program at the time; I was the Workshop Facilitator/Career Coach/Training Specialist) and we found, as we built the Opportunities Knock program from the ground up, we worked well together and provided support for each other where required. Our mutual respect for the other's talents was quite evident to those with whom we connected. Specific to Heidi, she consistently demonstrated empathy for clients' situations, at the same time recognizing the sense of urgency that is needed to move clients towards successful full-time employment in their career field. Additionally, she maintained accurate metrics for the Leadership Team and other external stakeholders. This did not change when she was promoted into her current role. She has well embraced the challenges her additional responsibilities contain. At the time I left Manpower in July 2013, she was surrounded by a very strong and supportive team. Heidi's commitment to clients and the professionalism with which she approaches her position makes her an invaluable resource for any employer. It was a pleasure to have worked with her.

Heidi is very client-focused and genuinely cares about the clients she is supporting. She does whatever is needed to help them achieve success and is always there to lend a hand to her team. I really enjoyed working together with her and appreciated her encouraging approach with people. I highly recommend Heidi.
